When will my child’s name be in the stories?
The first time you add a child, their personal narration and sung lullaby are made in about a minute. Until then you’ll hear a preview voice. Keep the app open, or reopen it, and they’ll appear.
How do I add another child?
Go to Grown-ups, answer the grown-up question, then tap Add a child.
How do I record my own voice?
Open any story, tap Record your voice, and read along. Recordings stay on your phone.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new phone, open the plans screen and tap Restore.
How do I delete our data?
Removing a child in Grown-ups deletes their name from our servers. To delete everything, email us and we’ll do it within 30 days.
